Wine Review: Chateau Tajna 1998

This inexpensive Algerian red (under $10) is the best, smoothest tasting wine I've had since I began my collection. I opened the bottle with Monica, who said she can taste the tannins, but that's because it's 6-years-old. Apparently, the soil quality in Algeria, which is on the southern edge of the Mediterranean Sea, creates exceptional grapes. I believe it, because this wine has a full body and no bad aftertaste. Recommended. What I wonder, is can you really import it for $15 per case, like the website says?
